In response to this, NPI has a NOC Monitoring planned designed to support this function for your organization.

A NPI Monitoring Plan can augment your IT Staff or offload this function, if needed. A NPI Certified Network Engineer will come to your site and setup the required connectivity to monitor your network and Target Devices you designate for Device Health and Connectivity. From that point on, NPI will notify your IT Staff of outages and predicted failures when ever possible so that corrective action can take place either before the system goes critical or prior to and avert a major issue.

We can provide a "turn key" monitoring server based upon the service level requested or simply connect to your network and notify your personnel of issues at the time they are identified.

NPI can create a Monitoring Strategy to fit your needs and perform one or more of the following tasks for you:

Onsite Initial Site Survey and Configuration of the Monitoring Plan

  1. Arrange Connectivity with your IT Staff
  2. Assist and Prepare Target Devices for monitoring
  3. Design an effective Alert and Notification Plan

NPI can work with your Vendors, if desired, to assist in corrective actions and bring the network or devices back online

Comprehensive Detailed and Consistent Device Health Checks

Our NPI Network Operations Center can monitor your organization's Network and Devices, not only for a Ping Response, but a comprehensive Device Health Check, including, but not limited to:
